The Hastings Center

Founded in 1969, the Hastings Center is a research institution focused on ethics in healthcare, medicine, the environment, and biotechnology.  The center is best known as the publisher of Hastings Center Report and IRB: Ethics & Human Research, which features scholarship and commentary in bioethics. Both are published six times per year. The Report also periodically features special reports, published as supplements, from the center's research projects.

The American Journal of Bioethics

Founded in 1993, the American Journal of Bioethics is a peer-reviewed journal providing clinical, legal, academic, scientific, religious and broad community-at-large with a rapid but comprehensive debate of issues in bioethics.  Its sister site, bioethics.net, provides up-to-date bioethics news culled from hundreds of newspapers.

Developing World Bioethics

A peer-reviewed journal publishing original articles related to bioethics in the developing world.  Includes case studies, teaching materials, news, and legal backgrounds to bioethics.

The Journal of Clinical Ethics

A double-blind peer-reviewed journal in its 17th year of publication.  The Journal is written for and by physicians, nurses, attorneys, clergy, ethicists, and others whose decisions directly affect patients.

Pharmaceutical Executive
